VICTORIA – Police in Victoria are on the lookout for extra potential victims or witnesses after a person was arrested for a collection of assaults in town’s downtown where women were allegedly splashed with a burning liquid.
The division beforehand requested for the general public’s assist investigating two separate instances where women had a liquid splashed on their legs, inflicting burning and pores and skin irritation.
Police say that since November, there have been extra comparable incidents concentrating on women in the downtown core.
They say investigators arrested a suspect in relation to the incidents on Friday.
Police say the investigation is ongoing they usually consider there could also be further victims.
They at the moment are asking that anybody who has witnessed or might have skilled an analogous encounter to come back ahead.
